The Right Way to Teach Your Kids to Brush Their Teeth
Brushing teeth is a regular routine that we teach our
children as soon as they are able to hold the tooth brush and it is really a
very good sign of positive parenting. But it is very important to show them the
right way to clean their teeth or it may lead to harm their gums and teeth.
So, there are some rules to follow
·
Brush your teeth up and down and then circular
motion. Do not brush in horizontal motion.
·
Do not rub your teeth hard.
·
Take a pea sized amount of tooth paste. It is
enough.
·
Clean the insides of the teeth too.
·
Brushing tongue should be also done to eliminate
bacteria completely.
·
Follow 2 by 2 rule of brushing teeth: mean twice
a day for 2 minutes duration.
These rules always prevent cavities and tooth decay. But in
any case if some damage happens to a tooth dental implant is an easier solution
to replace the damaged tooth. But prevention is always advisable and creating
healthy habits in kids in earlier years is very beneficial for their overall
health.
